Named for a graceful shorebird that enjoys the waters of the Batiquitos Lagoon, Avocet is a community comprising of 95 homes ranging in size from 2,260 to 2,818 square feet situated within the Aviara Master Association.  A number of the homes have breathtaking views of the lagoon.

Our community is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. The Board meetings are held quarterly.  The meetings start at 5:00 p.m. and are held at the office of Association Management Group, 2131 Las Palmas Drive, Ste. A, Carlsbad, CA.  All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
